A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for men with experience in masonry work. The ideal candidate will have a salary of 1400$ and must be an Indian national. No English language proficiency is required for this role.

As the Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our masonry team. This includes planning and coordinating projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing the team's schedule and budget. You will also be responsible for training and supervising other masons, as well as performing hands-on masonry work when needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Mason, with a strong understanding of bricklaying, stone masonry, and other masonry techniques. You must also have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

As an Indian national, you should also have a deep understanding of traditional Indian masonry techniques and materials. This will ensure that our projects maintain cultural authenticity while meeting modern construction standards.

This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. As such, you must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. You must also have your own tools and transportation to job sites.
