We are looking for talented technicians to help full‑scale production of the Leo satellites. The success of Leo depends on the quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, throughput, and security of the products that you deliver. - Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail an assortment of LRUs, electrical‑mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds
- Participate in process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory
- Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
- Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
- Support some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)
- Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures
- Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift time: 1st shift Wed‑Sat 4 / 10s (6:00am – 4:30pm). Shifts may vary, depending on program needs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operations
- Able to climb and descend ladders, work in tight spaces, bend, grasp, sit, pull, push, stoop, and stretch as required to perform the functions of this position
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $38.50 per hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits are provided.

A day in the lifeThe Functional Technician III will identify process improvements to improve build efficiency. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on both early hardware development and setting the stage for later production hardware manufacturing processes. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, start‑up like environment and is able to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills and commitment to quality to positively impact team metrics and organization goals.

BasicQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation
