Sigma Design is seeking a Shop Floor Lead to manage daily machining work cells and mentor a team of machinists in our Pacific Northwest facility. You will support programming, setup, and production runs while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
You should have 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Mastercam/Hyper Mill/G&M code, and strong communication skills to coordinate with engineering and production teams.
