• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience supporting legal, regulatory compliance, and permitting for construction projects.

• Experience with the permitting process and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas.
• Experience in or strong familiarity with the data center industry.
• Ability to influence peers and leadership through clear communications and strategies.

As The Data Center Permitting Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing the permitting strategy, pre and post site acquisition to support data center development in new and existing jurisdictions. You will drive alignment with internal stakeholders as well as authorities having jurisdiction and other external stakeholders to programmatically minimize permitting risk and expedite permitting durations for data center construction project delivery.

You will also be accountable for managing and tracking permitting delivery metrics across the region and providing guidance to the regional Data Center Delivery and Engineering teams. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world.
