We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE primary care Advanced Practice Provider at our regional medical center in Kirkland, WA. Aspects of the Advanced Practitioner Role- Integrative primary care model: VMFH has an innovative approach, with embedded pharmacists, social workers and psychiatry providers all part of the primary care team to deliver coordinated care and address social/emotional/behavioral/environmental needs.

Referral options to over 30 medical specialties within Virginia Mason with collegial and responsive outcomes. - Learning opportunities:
The team has a teaching culture and a formal mentorship program to guide new providers for long‑term success. - Innovation:
The culture promotes new approaches, best‑practice standards and continual improvement for patient and team safety and experience using the Virginia Mason Production System. - Compensation: $ – $ per year.
Nurse Practitioner
- Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required.
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.
Physician Assistant–Certified
- Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in Washington State.
- DEA and NPI numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.
$136,600 – $167,000 per year
