Wage Range: $48.21-$87.11 per hour
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. Evergreen Health's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers, preceptors, and clinical nurse educators.
RN Residents are required to have an active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license and a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card by start date of October 26, 2026. Must be able to start program on October 26, 2026.
To receive consideration for this RN Resident program, please submit an application including a comprehensive resume (that includes rotation and practicum information) and a one-page cover letter that describes your interest in the Family Maternity Center (FMC), specifically labor, and includes the personal and professional attributes you would bring to this program and unit. Interviews will likely be held the second week of June 2026 with chosen applicants contacted in early June.

REQUIRED for the position:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington by October 26, 2026
- Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required)
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification by October 26, 2026
- NRP certification by the end of residency
- Able to start on October 26, 2026

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement between Evergreen Health and the Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA). Union membership is optional.
