Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Resident Services team at Jefferson House memory care. New nursing graduates are welcome to apply. This is a full‑time position offering NOC shift availability.

You are a licensed healthcare professional with a passion for patient care. You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with all departments to achieve high standards for resident assistance and independence.

• Perform non‑invasive resident treatments
• Administer medication and assist with medication schedules
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document the nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current registration as an LPN in the state of Washington
• Drug‑free and subject to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Obtain CPR/First‑Aid certification as required by company policy and applicable state rules
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
