Responsibilities
Provide on‑site nursing and care in a supportive setting for adolescents and young adults.
What You’ll Do- Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.
- Evaluate medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed.
- Monitor chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with Behavioral Care Staff regarding medication management and refills.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing expertise to enhance patient care.
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Nursing Degree. - Licensure:
Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing. - Experience:
Experience in healthcare, especially with teens or young adults, is preferred. - Communication
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make sound judgment calls in high‑pressure scenarios. - Team Player:
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment. - Computer
Skills:
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR). - Crisis Management:

Pay RangePay range for this position is $39 to $59 depending on education and experience.
