Job Summary

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and implementing appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. The role facilitates care coordination by applying the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters.

The Clinic RN works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting.
• Facilitate care coordination using the nursing process.
• Conduct direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high‑quality patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
