- Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Conduct patient consultations and evaluate skin
- Design individualized treatment plans
- Accurately document patient care in a custom EMR
- Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor
- Track A – Clinical Background
- Current RN license (state‑issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg)
- Eager to build aesthetics skills – full training provided
- Track B – Aesthetics Background
- Current RN license (state‑issued)
- 2+ years in aesthetics practice
- Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
- Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per day
- Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30‑mile radius
- Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week)
- Comprehensive hands‑on training across all aesthetic modalities from day one
- Clear advancement into Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles
- RNs who excel become the clinical voice that shapes how we train the next wave of practitioners
