Wage Range: $45.19 - $82.30 per hour plus additional per diem rate

Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care within the Women's Care Clinic, ensuring nursing services are delivered in accordance with established standards of care, regulatory requirements, and hospital and clinic policies and procedures. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care while collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes. This role supports patient education, care coordination, and clinical operations, and may assist in the development and implementation of case management protocols to enhance quality, efficiency, and continuity of care for women across the lifespan.
PrimaryDuties
REQUIRED for the position:
- Graduate of a nursing program (Nursing Diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and/or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington OR holding a multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association by start date
- 1 year of previous RN experience
- Chronic care management and patient education skills
- Ability to manage a variety of concurrent programs and projects effectively while Utilizing time, equipment and supplies appropriately.
DESIRED for the position:
- Previous lead and/or supervisory experience demonstrating effective, positive and constructive feedback skills
- Master’s degree in Nursing
