Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a travel nursing assignment in Bellevue, WA.
Key Details- Location:
Bellevue, WA - Shift: 5x8 hours a day
- Start Date:
08/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks
- Pay: $2,991 per week (plus reimbursement)
- Travel: 13‑week assignment with travel and stay package
The Case Manager applies the process of assessment, planning, implementation, and follow‑up. They maintain accurate documentation, facilitate discharge planning, coordinate interdisciplinary team communication, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and advocate for patient needs.
Day‑to‑day tasks include chart review, care coordination, patient education, and service linkage.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- 1‑2 years of recent RN case‑management experience (hospital or community).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced travel nursing environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Washington area.
