Overview
Under general supervision and reporting to Quality Operations Leadership, the Quality Technician (MRB) / In-process is responsible for inspecting product and sub-assemblies throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications. The role also supports the Material Review Board (MRB) process and may conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs).

: SECOND SHIFT 4-10'S.
Location
: MUST RESIDE IN WA STATE
- Visually and dimensionally inspects product and sub-assemblies using measuring instruments and advanced testing equipment.
- Reads, interprets, and utilizes quality policies, procedures, and technical documents.
- Documents inspection results, maintains accurate records, and prepares detailed reports.
- Operates computer systems to perform inspection tasks.
- Verifies all work order documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Performs In-Process and Final inspections for assembly processes as required.
- Reviews FAIs in accordance with AS9102.
- Processes and identifies non-conforming product and MRB paperwork for proper disposition.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Sampling tables to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 for established AQL levels
- Quality control standards and inspection methods
- Manufacturing documentation and processes
- MS Office and quality data entry systems
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
- Fluent English – reading and writing is required

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quality Inspector in an In-process and final inspection role
- Minimum 1 year' experience reading/interpreting Engineering Drawings or schematics
- Minimum 1 year' experience using hand measuring tools (e.g., height gauge, calipers, micrometers)
- Any combination of education and experience may be considered
- US or international citizenship or permanent residence status required depending on work location
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- The General Vision Acuity Test shall be performed by an oculist, optometrist, or other professionally recognized person. Near Vision, Far Vision, and Color Perception requirements apply as specified.

Incumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner with minimal direction.
Mobility:
Incumbents are required to participate in assigned physical activities which may include light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods.
Vision:
Vision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others.
Environment:
Typical office conditions, working with Quality management team, TRIGO team, and external customers.
Other Factors:
Frequent use of hands; may require standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling. Occasional long-distance travel to suppliers. May lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment. Noise level is moderate to high.

Pay Range
$25.00 to $40.00 per hour eligible for overtime
