We are seeking a talented Malayalee Chef to join our team in Washington USA As a chef with expertise in traditional Malayalee cuisine you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious dishes that showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Kerala This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and eager to share their culinary skills with the Washington community

• Prepare and cook traditional Malayalee dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients
• Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect the unique flavors of Kerala
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely ordering of supplies
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
• Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and specials

• Previous experience as a chef specializing in Malayalee cuisine is preferred
• Knowledge of traditional cooking methods and spices used in Kerala
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
