At Bob’s, we’re not your typical grocery store – we’re looking for a Grocery Manager to lead the centre store like it’s their own business.

• Run the grocery department, managing inventory, merchandising, pricing, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, faced, and presented neatly.
• Oversee ordering, backroom organization, and prevent items from disappearing.
• Lead and develop the team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating.
• Drive sales through creative displays, promotions, and the unique Bob’s flair.
• Monitor margins, shrink, and overall performance as though it were your own business.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and other department heads to keep the store running smoothly.

• Ownership mindset – this is not a "just show up" role.
• Grocery experience (management preferred, but strong up‑and‑comers considered).
• Solid understanding of inventory, ordering, and merchandising best practices.
• Leadership skills that inspire teamwork without excessive yelling.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling a little chaos.
• Competitive spirit and a drive to outperform larger competitors.

• Fast, proactive, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Willingness to dive in, build displays, or fix messes on the spot.
