Position

Part‑time Sales Associate – Lens Crafters (Store # 00F136). Requisition .

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Actively participate in a positive store environment and build professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain appearance of the store and keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone and math skills.
• Adaptability to new technology and changes with high accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self‑motivated, able to multi‑task, and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
• Ability to sell through sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.

Pay range: $18.36 – $25.69 hourly. Includes possible bonus or commission plan and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
