Warehouse Associate

Blair is a boutique U.S. fashion showroom representing exceptional European designers and helping their collections succeed in the American market. As our U.S. business continues to grow, were looking for a thoughtful, highly dependable Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our operation in Kirkland.

This is a small, hands-on role where attention to detail, organization, and good judgment matter
. Youll work with beautifully made fashion products and play an important part in ensuring orders arrive at retailers with the level of care and presentation our brands expect.

What Youll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare retailer orders for shipment
• Locate products and maintain accurate, organized stock
• Process returns, including inspecting, refreshing, and carefully repackaging merchandise
• Maintain a clean, exceptionally well-organized warehouse
• Help improve organization and day-to-day workflow as the business grows

Who Were Looking For

Were less concerned with having years of traditional warehouse experience than we are with finding the right person. You are reliable, intelligent, organized, trustworthy, and self-directed
. You notice details, take pride in doing things properly, and are comfortable working independently.

Experience in fashion, premium retail, inventory, fulfillment, or operations is a plus, as is an appreciation for quality products and design.

• Hours: Approximately 10 hours/week
• Schedule: Tuesdays 10 AM–3 PM and Fridays 9 AM–2 PM, with some flexibility
• Compensation: $25/hour
