Directions on Microsoft (DIRECTIONS) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the industry’s most trusted source of Microsoft-focused information, training, and advisory services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by connecting enterprise organizations with Directions’ suite of expert resources. This position offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact, with opportunities to advance into the highly compensated Directions account executive role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with our solutions.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven sales or customer success experience in a technology-related industry.
  • Highly conscientious, self-motivated, and uphold the highest level of integrity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially for online presentations.
  • Dependable, outgoing, positive, and team-oriented.
  • Coachable with a humble attitude.
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
