We're looking for a Junior Account Executive who is motivated, coachable, and ready to learn the fundamentals of professional sales.
What You'll DoAs a Junior Account Executive, you'll work directly alongside our sales team, learning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to building client relationships and closing business. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility from day one.
- Learn and execute B2B sales and client acquisition strategies
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with decision‑makers and manage accounts
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Represent Evolve Seattle professionally in the field
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any client‑facing role
- Strong communicator who is comfortable talking to new people
- Self‑motivated and open to feedback and coaching
- Goal‑oriented with a competitive edge
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
