Sales Representative - Kenya

Our company is currently hiring a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role (experience in selling consumer goods is a plus)
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other local languages is an advantage)
• Must be legally eligible to work in Kenya

• We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with commission based on performance.
• We also provide visa sponsorship for non-Kenyan applicants.
