First American is seeking an experienced CRM and Revenue Operations (Rev Ops/Sales Ops) lead for our Real Estate business. You will own the Real Estate CRM, optimize processes, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to drive growth and improve sales effectiveness.
You should have 9+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, strong CRM expertise (Dynamics/Salesforce/Hub Spot), and proven cross-functional leadership. Travel about 10% is expected.
