Job Description

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Security Shift Supervisor. This position is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard Members, Military Spouses, and Caregivers of War Wounded. The role requires the ability to build meaningful connections and deliver exceptional customer service across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience— even better!
• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Valid state driver's license
• Clean motor vehicle report
• Minimum age of 21 years or older
