Security Supervisor

Garda World Security Services U.S. seeks a Security Supervisor to lead security officers at client sites within professional, scientific, and technical environments. You will oversee daily post operations, patrols, access control, and incident response to ensure a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include scheduling and directing guards, conducting inspections, writing reports, and coordinating with client representatives. You will coach and train officers, enforce company and client policies, support investigations, and respond to emergencies in a fast paced, mission driven setting with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct security officers at assigned client sites
• Oversee daily security operations, patrols, and access control
• Monitor compliance with company and client security policies and procedures
• Prepare and review incident, activity, and inspection reports
• Schedule staff, manage post assignments, and approve timekeeping
• Train, coach, and mentor officers on security protocols and customer service
• Conduct site inspections and identify security or safety risks
• Coordinate with client representatives on expectations and incident follow-up
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents and guide on scene actions
• Support investigations and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity
