Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services U.S. seeks a professional Concierge Security Officer to protect people, property, and operations in a lobby-focused environment. In this role, you will control access, greet and assist visitors, monitor cameras and alarms, conduct patrols, and enforce site policies. You will document incidents, respond to emergencies, and partner with building staff and first responders. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security and customer service contact at lobby and reception areas
• Control access by screening visitors, verifying identification, and issuing badges
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and building systems, responding quickly to unusual activity
• Conduct security patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas as required
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and post orders to protect people and property
• Document incidents, complete detailed reports, and maintain accurate security logs
• Coordinate with building management, clients, and emergency responders as needed
• Provide directions, assistance, and information to tenants, guests, and visitors
• Support crowd control and safety during events, deliveries, or peak traffic times
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance, readiness, and professionalism
