Security Compliance Analyst II
A skilled and experienced Security Engineer is sought to join a Data Center security team. The role involves ensuring the security and integrity of a rapidly scaling Data Center infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in design and operations for both general data center operations and physical security, capable of defining a mid-to-long term vision and driving cross-functional security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define a clear mid-to-long term vision for data center physical security based on strategic business priorities.
- Drive and support cross-functional projects and programs related to security.
- Influence partners to prioritize and execute critical security initiatives.
- Set physical security and network security strategy for critical infrastructure.
- Oversee physical security design and network security considerations in the physical environment.
- Manage guard force operations, alarm response, and incident response.
- Standardize and optimize processes and procedures.
- Contribute to business continuity planning.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and physical security design is required. Candidates should possess broad knowledge across physical security and risk management, be an expert in developing and administering security strategies and standards, and have a general understanding of incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Experience working with technical and non-technical partners, communicating security requirements, and building relationships with business leaders is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, PCI, CC, CISP, etc.).
