Service Technician II | Windsor Bothell - Bothell, WA
Windsor Communities is seeking experienced Service Technicians to maintain and repair multifamily residential properties. Candidates come from varied backgrounds such as apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, and building maintenance. Medium level competency is required in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Technicians must be available for a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours and weekend emergency response.
CompensationHourly: $25.03 – $31.28 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual starting compensation: $52,062 – $65,062.
Benefits- 40% housing discount (50% after 2 years of employment), subject to credit and background approval.
- Annual paid time off: 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation accrued bi‑weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave after one year, 10 paid holidays, and up to 3 floating days.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
- Familiarity with building safety systems, including fire sprinklers and alarms.
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software for accurate records and work order completion.
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
- Support the company’s values by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
- Diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures for apartments, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
- Site‑specific certifications: EPA Type II preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire; CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend work and participation in on‑call rotations.
