Overnight Program Support Specialist

Friends of Youth seeks an Overnight Program Support Specialist to provide safety, stability, and support to youth and young adults in residential programs during overnight hours. In this role, you will monitor the milieu, conduct walkthroughs and room checks, respond to crises using trauma informed de escalation, and ensure adherence to program rules and safety protocols. You will build trusting, youth centered relationships, document services and incidents, dispense basic supplies, and coordinate with day staff and on call supervisors.
