• Design and develop high‑performance, scalable, multi‑threaded software systems.
• Build new products and features from early concept through production deployment.
• Solve complex engineering problems involving distributed systems, data processing, scalability, performance optimization, LLMs, and AI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production‑quality code.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, customer success, and leadership teams to shape product direction and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Work directly with customers to understand real‑world use cases and influence future product capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor teammates, share ideas, and help foster a strong engineering culture built on innovation and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with Java.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, object‑oriented design, and concurrent programming.
• Experience building multi‑threaded or asynchronous applications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
