• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
• 5 years of experience with cloud computing technologies.
• 3 years of experience in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to real-world problems, in infrastructure or security domains.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
• Experience programming in C++.
• Experience working in cloud security.

GCP's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, Capsium, is building the critical access control foundation to secure enterprise AI adoption because self-supporting AI agents shift the security focus from "Who has access?" to "What can this agent do?", they introduce complex new tests: obscured risk perimeters, the rapid proliferation of high-velocity non-human identities, and dynamic actions that outpace traditional static policies.
