• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, including 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• 8 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning).
• Experience with prompt engineering or multi-agent systems.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or large language model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
• Experience developing joint plans, driving alignment on shared goals, and navigating dynamic development environments to balance short-term benefits with long-term visions.

On the Ads Enterprise Platform team, you will help build our next-generation cross-channel ads buying platform based on generative AI technology. Project areas include building and tuning our multi-agent platform, instrumenting model retraining based on user actions, building digital consumer persona forecasting, Google Cloud integration and deployment, long-term memory and session management, and multi-user collaboration. You will work directly with executive leads within the Enterprise Platform and across the wider Ads organization to launch features for top advertisers and agencies.
