Title: Software Engineer (Bluetooth)
Location: Kirkland, WA
Type: Contract for now with potential to FTE

Main skills: Python, Bluetooth, Windows, Mac OSX, GUI

• Programmatically establish Bluetooth Classic connections in a Windows 10 environment, including scanning for devices advertising themselves and performing the required steps to establish the connection between the device and the Windows PC.
• Develop a simple GUI application for production programming and production testing of an electronic board, with GUI and customization ability suitable for use on the factory floor by trained operators.
• Read a list of commands and parameters from a file, display the commands on buttons or a drop‑down list, allow operators to send the commands through Bluetooth or UART to the board, and print the response to a log file.

• Ability to programmatically establish Bluetooth Classic connections in Linux and macOS.
• Experience with Python programming.
