We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team in Washington DC. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems. You will work closely with the development team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with various programming languages and frameworks, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Write clean, efficient code based on technical specifications
• Test and debug software applications to ensure functionality
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
• Mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies in the industry
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Experience working with various frameworks such as Spring, AngularJS, etc.
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication skills
