We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to join our fast‑paced warehouse environment. In this role you will coordinate outbound shipments from Kirkland and Redmond to domestic and international locations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $32/hour, with eligibility for incremental raises based on tenure.
Eligibility Requirements- Export control compliance: candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted in the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Minimum age: 18 years or older.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Communicate important information to various stakeholders while managing tight timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Accurately label dangerous goods for domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain quality control and accuracy on shipping metrics.
- Coordinate and improve upon current outbound shipping processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper equipment usage.
- Monitor and prioritize urgent requests and high‑priority tasks.
- Collaborate with cross‑competent teams on process improvements.
- Ensure proper metrics tracking and record‑keeping.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Experience creating outbound domestic and international shipments (EEI/CI filing).
- Experience communicating across cross‑competent teams.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying.
- Standing up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to work flexible shift assignments, including overtime and weekends as required, in a high‑tempo operation environment.
- Experience with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, and custom applications.
- 1+ year experience in handling and packaging dangerous goods (DOT and IATA standards).
- Experience with in the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing fields.
- Forklift certified and experience with handling heavy equipment.
- Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrates a high sense of urgency.
The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, employees are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses.
