Regional Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Regional Non-CDL Driver to join our growing team of 1–5 drivers
. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting freight throughout assigned regional routes.

The ideal candidate is a dependable professional who takes pride in safe driving, timely deliveries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Routes may vary based on business needs, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

OTR (Over-the-Road) opportunities may also be available
.

• Safely operate a non-CDL commercial vehicle on regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load, secure, transport, and unload freight as needed
• Deliver shipments safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and inspection reports using ELD
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Keep vehicles clean and promptly report any maintenance issues

• Valid driver’s license
• Current DOT Medical Card

• Entry-level experience in regional non-CDL driving
• Vehicle inspection and route planning skills
• Freight handling and safety compliance knowledge
• Time management and customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
