* Job Summary:

** In this vital role, you’ll provide supportive, trauma-informed care to individuals in residential and withdrawal management programs. You’ll monitor client well-being, assist in crisis response, support daily activities, and help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide supervision, monitoring, admission, transfer, and discharge support for clients/patients
* Monitor and document vital signs; escalate concerns appropriately
* Oversee and accurately record medication administration
* Manage OTC medications and maintain medication inventory
* Document and track blood glucose levels; maintain related equipment
* Conduct supervision and safety checks in accordance with established plans and procedures
* Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing) as required
* Promote a therapeutic, safe, and respectful environment at all times
** Education and/or Experience

Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment
*
* Additional Qualifications:

*** Knowledge of confidentiality laws in behavioral health
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to interpret safety and procedural documents
* Basic math and keyboarding skills
* Ability to navigate electronic medical records
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and rapport with clients
