Immediate Opening: CNA for Home Care, Kirksville, MO

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a skilled, compassionate CNA to provide continuous, hands‑on care for a client in their home.

This is more than a shift. It is the opportunity to be the steady, caring presence someone depends on every day.

Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with toileting
• Perform safe transfers, including Hoyer lift use
• Provide consistent, attentive, and compassionate care throughout each shift

• Current CNA certification
• Experience using a Hoyer lift
• Confidence providing hands‑on personal care
• Dependable, patient, and professional
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

We value commitment and consistency. Caregivers in this role are eligible for a retention bonus
, paid out as follows with completion of required work hours:

• $300 after 30 days
• $600 after 60 days
• $900 after 90 days
