Department: Behavioral Crisis Center – Rapid Access Unit
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (with on‑call rotation)

You’ll lead, support, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional behavioral health care.
Leadership & Team Development- Supervise daily operations and provide after‑hours on‑call support
- Guide and support front‑line behavioral health staff
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and training
- Hold regular supervision and performance evaluations
- Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
- Oversee client care concerns and delegate appropriate interventions
- Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor workflows and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency
- Coordinate monthly reporting to the Department of Mental Health
- Develop corrective action plans with HR and leadership
- Order supplies and manage equipment for the Rapid Access Unit
- Manage staff schedules, timecards, and Workday requests
- Support safety drills, facility needs, and emergency procedures
- Assist with community outreach and strengthening referral pathways
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- Active or provisional:
LCSW, LPC, LMSW, PLPC, or PsyD
- 1+ year post‑licensure preferred
- Experience in medical, crisis, or psychiatric settings is a plus (not required)
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities
- Clear, compassionate communication
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast‑paced situations
- Familiarity with electronic health records
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
