* Must be available for on-call duties and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service for both clients and employees.

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on facilities, equipment, and grounds in compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.

• Complete work orders promptly and maintain accurate records in the work order system.

• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.

• Report safety hazards immediately and take corrective action as directed.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

• Submit credit card and fuel receipts accurately and on time.

• Participate in staff development activities and contribute to program evaluations and operational improvements.

• Other duties as assigned by Facilities Leadership.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety procedures, and applicable regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation

• Effective communication skills for interacting with coworkers, managers, and the public

• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands

• Knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment used in facility maintenance
