Advanced Machine Operators; Machine Adjuster Level 1

Location

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Advanced Machine Operators for our Kirksville, MO facility.

This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.

Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Pay

$23.94/hr + 2nd or 3rd shift premium

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+$1.25/hr)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+$1.50/hr)

Training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Monday-Friday; overtime and Saturdays as needed

Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
• Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.
