** to join our Crisis Center team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering integrated care for individuals facing behavioral health challenges and substance use disorders.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Administer medications (oral, injection, self-administered)
* Conduct physical and mental health assessments
* Perform psychiatric screenings and document findings
* Monitor medication inventory and coordinate refills
* Communicate with clients and providers regarding medication needs
* Assist with lab work and phlebotomy
* Maintain accurate medical and medication records
* Support infection control and hygiene practices
* Participate in team meetings and care planning
** Qualifications
* ** Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Active
** LPN or RN license
** in Missouri
* ** Preferred:
** Experience in behavioral health or substance use settings
* Strong documentation and EHR skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to interpret medical documents and lab results
* Commitment to confidentiality and compassionate care
