** As a Nurse Practitioner, you will carry out physical and psychological exams, provide basic healthcare treatments, write prescriptions, and order medical/psychological tests. Additionally, you will review patient conditions, determine treatment plans, and facilitate Medication Services within Substance Use Disorder programs. * Key Responsibilities:

*** Conduct physical or psychological exams and record patient histories.
* Provide basic healthcare treatments and write prescriptions.
* Review patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
* Facilitate Medication Services within Substance Use Disorder programs.
* Oversee team care coordination activities, including communication with outside providers.
** Education and/or Experience

Qualifications:

*** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Missouri.
* Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) by the State of Missouri.
* Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
** Required License/Certification:
*** Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
* Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Missouri
* Federal DEA license
*
* Additional Qualifications:

*** Previous experience in a community health center or similar environment preferred.
* Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
* Federal DEA license required.
* Willingness to explore/obtain DATA 2000 Waiver.
