The Med Surg RN provides comprehensive nursing care for adult patients requiring medical and surgical treatment. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with facility policies and professional standards. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in IV therapy, patient monitoring, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary care team.
