About the Role

Are you a compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? At Centerstone
, we're seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our Crisis Center team. You'll play a vital role in delivering integrated care for individuals facing behavioral health challenges and substance use disorders.

As part of our collaborative team, you'll provide essential nursing services across residential care, outpatient psychiatry, addiction recovery, and housing support-helping clients take meaningful steps toward wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications (oral, injection, self-administered)
  • Conduct physical and mental health assessments
  • Perform psychiatric screenings and document findings
  • Monitor medication inventory and coordinate refills
  • Communicate with clients and providers regarding medication needs
  • Assist with lab work and phlebotomy
  • Maintain accurate medical and medication records
  • Support infection control and hygiene practices
  • Participate in team meetings and care planning
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active LPN or RN license in Missouri
  • Preferred: Experience in behavioral health or substance use settings
  • Strong documentation and EHR skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to interpret medical documents and lab results
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compassionate care
