** Centerstone is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
** Crisis Center team in Kirksville, MO**. In this role, you’ll provide essential nursing care to individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges and substance use disorders.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to deliver
** integrated, whole-person care
** across crisis stabilization, residential services, outpatient psychiatry, and recovery support—helping clients take meaningful steps toward healing.## ## ##

** What You’ll Do
*** Administer medications (oral, injectable, and self-administered)
* Conduct physical and mental health assessments
* Complete psychiatric screenings and documentation
* Monitor medication inventory and coordinate refills
* Collaborate with providers and communicate medication needs
* Assist with lab work and phlebotomy
* Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EHR
* Support infection control and hygiene practices
* Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary care planning## ##  
** What You’ll Bring
*** Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Active
** LPN or RN license in Missouri
*** Preferred:
Experience in
** behavioral health or substance use care
*** Strong documentation and EHR skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to interpret medical information and lab results
