Job Description

Join a travel contract as an LPN for a Swing Bed (inpatient rehab) team in Kirksville, Missouri. In this role, you’ll deliver nursing care for up to 10 swing (rehab) patients, with the possibility of absorbing med-surg assignments if swing volume decreases. Expect work that matches traditional skill requirements while supporting a smaller, less nurse‑intensive rehab mix.

This is a 13-week travel assignment focused on consistent, dependable day coverage. You’ll work 12‑hour days, typically 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, on an EOW schedule, with weekly hours totaling 36.0. No standing call is required; you may be placed on call only if volume supports, without exceeding standard contract call‑off time terms.

To be successful, you’ll bring 1+ year of LPN experience and knowledge of IV medications. BLS is required, and you’ll use Med Host EMR. Swing Bed nursing here is straightforward and hands‑on—show up, deliver quality care, and support smooth daily unit flow.
