Position Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Swing Bed, providing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab patients.
Shift Details06:00-18:00 (Days). 13‑week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week. No standing call; may be placed on call up to 48 hrs of call‑off time as dictated by volume. Floating required mainly to MS units for patient assignments; may be floated to other units for tasking with existing competencies.
ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients; may absorb med‑surg patients if swing volume drops.
Scrub color: any solid color; EMR:
Med Host.
Number of beds in unit: 10. Patient ratio: 1:10 (swing patients only).
Qualifications- 1+ year experience required.
- Knowledge of IV medications required.
- BLS certification required.
$55/hr approved.
Scheduling48‑hour weekly guarantees may be accommodated; blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated. No week on / week off.
