Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about services
• Problem-solve and encourage customers to make decisions that benefit their business needs

• A proactive approach to customer engagement
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Ability to direct conversations effectively and close sales
• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

• Experience in a sales role with a focus on customer service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
