Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech in Kirksville, MO to maintain and repair our apartment communities. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building upkeep while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include leading unit turns, prepping for REAC/INSPIRE inspections, managing work orders, and coordinating with residents and vendors.
