A Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's retail organization, based in Kirkwood, MO.

Job Description
  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue, using client information to develop actionable sales strategies and tactics, generate quality referrals, and leverage tools and protocols to maximize results.
  • Build ecosystem leadership as a Community of Influence (COI), working across partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage. Identify appropriate resources, introduce clients, and hold partners accountable for updates and follow‑up.
  • Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailoring solutions to clients' holistic needs (deposits, lending, cash management, payments, investing). Resolve client issues courteously, escalating when needed, and advocate for clients across product, support, operations, and other departments.
  • Collaborate with the branch team and manager to identify opportunities and create referrals, expanding share of wallet with consumer and business clients.
  • Create client loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experience, lobby engagement, and education on technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within limits and participating in daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
