Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.;
Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.;
Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.;
Be an Owner: drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; provide member service; assist members with purchasing decisions; explain payment types; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns.;
